3. Operational Losses

The Operational Losses section in QuartzGOV contains a list of all Operational Losses that have been reported by the business.

In the following sections, you will learn how to view, create or modify an Operational Loss.

Operational Losses section in QuartzGOV

The risk module in QuartzGOV contains 3 sections. In order to see an The Operational Losses, you must click on the Operational Losses button.

From this page, you should get a view of all the people that have been selected as potential Operational Losses reporters.

Users can perform a series of actions from this page:

  • Add people
  • Invite respondents
  • Send invitations
  • Edit assessments
  • Remove from list
  • Review assessments

Add people

Users can add people to the list of respondents. In order to do so, users can click on + add people button and type in someone's name that needs to be added to the list. After this is done, click on the button save to save this and add the person.

Invite respondents

The invite respondents button allows users to send a reminder to the full list of users. In order to do this, the user simply needs to click the send button.

Send invite

In order to send an invitation, users must click a specific card in the list. Only Not Started and In Progress users can be sent an invitation. In order to do this, the user needs to click the three dots next to someone's name in the card and select Send Invite. After doing this, the user will be asked to confirm that they do want to send a notification. After clicking Send the person selected will receive a notification asking them to complete the operational losses.

Edit assessment

Users can also edit their own, or someone else's assessment. In order to do this, they must click on the three dots next to someone's name on a card and select Edit assessment. Users can only do this for Not Started and In Progress users. After doing this, the user will be sent to the person's assessment and will be able to review the response, modify it, and submit it for assessment.

Remove from the list

Users can remove other people's assessments from the list. This can only be done for users that are at the Not Started status. In order to do this, users must click on the three dots next to the person's name and select Remove from the list. After doing this, the user will be asked to confirm their choice and to click Remove. The selected user will be removed from the campaign.

Review assessment

Users can review other people's assessments. In order to do this, they must click the three dots next to the person's name. This can only be done for Submitted user's assessments. After doing this, the user will be sent to the person's assessment where they can comment and click on complete to save the response.
