2. Business continuity analysis assessment and review

This module in QuartzGOV allows you to assess a business continuity analysis as a business continuity coordinator and also review a business continuity analysis as a business unit owner.

Accessing business continuity analyses​

Once the BC analysis is completed, the creator sends you an invitation to assess it. You will receive an invitation. From the invitation, you can click on the bell at the top right of the screen and click on the notification to access the BC analysis detailed view.

You can also access the BC analysis from the quartzGOV homepage by clicking on the business continuity you want to assess in the 'business continuity' field.

Assess a business continuity analysis as a business continuity coordinator​

From the business continuity analysis detailed view, you can review the BC analysis configuration and update it if necessary.

Once you have review the configuration, you can click on the 'validate' button to save it.

Only business continuity analysis with the completed status can be validated.

You can reset validation by clicking on the 'reset validation' button of the desired business continuity analysis you want.

Invite a Business unit owner to review a business continuity analysis​

Click on the menu button of the business unit analysis you want and click on the 'send invite to BU owner' button. The business continuity analysis will appear with the 'review in progress' status.

Review a business continuity analysis as a Business unit owner​

Once the BC analysis is assessed, the BC coordinator sends you an invitation to review it. Click on the bell at the top right of the screen and click on the notification to access the BC analysis detailed view. From this view you can read the business continuity assessment and reject or approve it.

Reject the business continuity analysis assessment​

If you are not comfortable with the business analysis configuration, click on the 'reject' button and provide a justification.

The business continuity analysis will appear with the rejected status. The BC coordinator can update it and reset the validation process.

Approve the business continuity analysis assessment​

If you are comfortable with the business analysis configuration, click on the 'Validate' button. The business continuity analysis will appear with the 'approved' status.
